Click on Above Link you Will Redirect On EPF Grievance Management System Government Official Website.

Step.2: Open Register Grievance Tab
On the homepage, you will see tabs of different types, I have given information for all these tabs.
Here, you have to click on Register Grievance after which you will see the screen like the image given below.
Here you will be asked the status. This means that a column has been created to filter categories you are complying with.
Let’s know about these four options in details.
- PF Member:- This column is only for employees who need to have a related Complan from the Employer and PF Office, On clicking on this option, you will be asked for the UAN Number and captcha.
- EPS Pensioner: EPS Means Employee Pension Scheme In Short For Retired Employees, EPS was introduced in the year 1995 for Retired Employees Whos attain the age of 58 years old, “PPO Number” is Complessory For This Option.
- Employer: Employees were heard complaining to an employer, but to whom would the complainant complain? Employers also face a lot of problems, they complain to the PF department either from another employer. For This Option, You Must Need “Establishment Number” For Further Process.
Step.3: If you are Employee Then Click on PF Member. There is Also Option For Employer And Others.
Step.4: Enter UAN Number And Security Code as Attached Image Above.
Step.5: Verify Details About UAN Number With Name,Mobile Number And Email Address and Click on GET OTP To Verify Your Authentication as Per Below Image.
Step.5: Fill Your Personal Details Like Gender, Address, Pincode, Country, State, Contact Number, and Security Code.
Step.5: Now You Have To Select Grievance Department Whether it is PF Office, Employer, EDLI or Pre Pension. Every Department has Different epf Grievance Category (Check Details Above) and Fill Details About Your Problems and Attached Document if Required And Click on ADD Button.
Step.6: Click On Submit Button and Hurrah You have Successfully Submitted Grievance. You Can Check Status of epf Grievance Using View Status Tab on That Site.
